One star seems generous. I cannot NOT recommend Spray works uk enough.This company has entirely mucked us around through the whole sorry process.
As soon as they had my deposit they started ghosting my inquiries, taking weeks to answer Whatsapp messages. My husband sent an enquiry from his phone and they responded almost immediately, and then kept sending him offers of a discount, all the time still ignoring me and my messages.
At no point did anyone come to see the kitchen or discuss it in person. The only vague and stressful contact we had was via Whatsapp, despite the high level of trust and financial investment involved in this process.
When I finally managed to book a date and took time off work to accommodate they didn't show up or answer my calls or messages to see where they are. When I eventually got through they said they got confused about the day. Because the word Tuesday can so easily be confused with Wednesday, right?! This was even arranged via Whatsapp where they have messages to refer back to. They offered to come on Wednesday but I explained I'd already taken time off and they hadn't come, and id now lost trust in them. They didn't seem to think this was a big deal and penalized me for getting angry about how unreliable they had been. They offered a measly discount of £50 (calling it a goodwill gesture), which was an insulting amount considering what I'd lost in work to accommodate this, plus the amount of stress they had caused.
They offered to refund my deposit but since confirming that I want the deposit back they are back to ghosting my messages and ignoring my calls. Yet they still have the audacity to chase my husband's enquiry.
This company have wasted so much of my time and energy and caused me so much stress it's unreal.
In the end we found another company who is completely reliable and has almost completed the work in the time I've been waiting for a reply or my refund from spray works uk. If you're. Whatever their actual skills of spraying stuff is like, the owner of spray works has a lot to learn in running a business and customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this joke of a business.
As a side note, when they saw my review they finally messaged me and refunded my deposit in the hope I would remove the review. They also called me harsh and unhuman and implied I'd accused them of stealing, which I haven't. The fact they refunded the deposit doesn't make up for the amount of stress, inconvenience and unreliability that I experienced from them. They don't seem to be able to take feedback unless it's in their favour.

I would personally avoid this company at all costs. This company never answers calls or reply to texts. Trying to get updates is impossible. They had my drawers for 4 weeks and the paint job they did for me was awful. I wish they didn't reply to enquiry so I could and should of gone elsewhere which I need to do anyway to get my drawers redone. Wasted my money and time.
Lovely job on garage door. Expensive but competitive with other prices. Was a slight issue with the top not being fully sprayed. Did come back out no issues to finish the job. Thank you very much
Not sure how this company has received all these 5 star reviews, took our deposit and we have had no contact, been ringing them and emailing all week and had no contact back. Basically stolen my deposit, don’t risk it

Sorry works did a fab job on my garage door. It was done quickly and they did not leave any mess
Easy to obtain quote from sending photos of kitchen and good communication. Doors taken away for spraying, returned approx 10 days later (longer than anticipated due to a backlog). Three workers attended to complete the works (spraying the end panels, cornices etc) which was completed in about 3 hours. It looks like a new kitchen, the finish is lovely. Would recommend this process and company.

Fab kitchen transformation by Sprayworks. Kitchen (albeit a good quality one) was 20 years old and I'd lived with it for almost 12. For the fraction of the cost of a new one, and so much better for the environment, we've got a brand new kitchen. Nice, bright and modern feeling. Service was great and the team today impeccably helpful and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in 6 hours. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Our large kitchen with 30 plus cupboards completed very efficiently & carefully 25/26th nov by Sprayworks. Superb results & colours exactly as requested. Adam & his team carefully removed all door & draw fronts & returned a week later to mask, spray all surrounds, kick boards & replace drawer & cupboard fronts. Just had my windows sprayed today by this amazing company and they have done a smashing job. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new fresh look. Our windows look brand new !
