We always tidy up after ourselves. We dispose of all materials used in the spray-painting process, including masking tape, paper and sheeting. If applicable, we will return plant pots and furniture to their original position if needed. If we are painting indoors, we will sweep up and hoover any debris. Your room will be spotless.

The paints we use on UPVC are UV resistant and waterproof. When applied properly, they bond with the plastic itself to form a durable and hardy surface. The finish itself will last at least 10-years. We’re so confident of this we provide a 10-year guarantee on the work. Beyond this period, it’s perfectly possible the paint will look as good as new, but we can’t say for sure with certaint.
None at all. The paints we use are low-VOC and environmentally-friendly. There’s no overspray risk because we use a bespoke electric spray-painting gun that fires a clean, consistent spray of paint. The contact zone is very clean with nothing wayward. If you have plants and bushes that you are concerned about, rest assured no overspray will touch them, and even if it did, it wouldn’t do anything.
Yes, we can create and mix a colour match to a 99% accuracy. The most popular custom colours right now are greys, blacks and greens. Custom colours are a common request from our customers. We can match a colour to anything you provide, such as textiles or paint. We can also colour match a new window to an old window, or vice versa. If you have had a single UPVC unit replaced, you may find it’s a different colour to your existing units. We can mix a custom colour to match your windows together.
As soon as they had my deposit they started ghosting my inquiries, taking weeks to answer Whatsapp messages. My husband sent an enquiry from his phone and they responded almost immediately, and then kept sending him offers of a discount, all the time still ignoring me and my messages.
At no point did anyone come to see the kitchen or discuss it in person. The only vague and stressful contact we had was via Whatsapp, despite the high level of trust and financial investment involved in this process.
When I finally managed to book a date and took time off work to accommodate they didn't show up or answer my calls or messages to see where they are. When I eventually got through they said they got confused about the day. Because the word Tuesday can so easily be confused with Wednesday, right?! This was even arranged via Whatsapp where they have messages to refer back to. They offered to come on Wednesday but I explained I'd already taken time off and they hadn't come, and id now lost trust in them. They didn't seem to think this was a big deal and penalized me for getting angry about how unreliable they had been. They offered a measly discount of £50 (calling it a goodwill gesture), which was an insulting amount considering what I'd lost in work to accommodate this, plus the amount of stress they had caused.
They offered to refund my deposit but since confirming that I want the deposit back they are back to ghosting my messages and ignoring my calls. Yet they still have the audacity to chase my husband's enquiry.
This company have wasted so much of my time and energy and caused me so much stress it's unreal.
In the end we found another company who is completely reliable and has almost completed the work in the time I've been waiting for a reply or my refund from spray works uk. If you're looking for someone who isn't going to mess you around and cause you tremendous stress, please contact E.R. Spraying & Decorating. He will not let you down. Whatever their actual skills of spraying stuff is like, the owner of spray works has a lot to learn in running a business and customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a business.
As a side note, when they saw my review they finally messaged me and refunded my deposit in the hope I would remove the review. They also called me harsh and unhuman and implied I'd accused them of stealing, which I haven't. The fact they refunded the deposit doesn't make up for the amount of stress, inconvenience and unreliability that I experienced from them. They don't seem to be able to take feedback unless it's in their favour.
In reply to their reply, they were unreliable and not messaging back before I swore once when I was angry they hadn't shown up. I don't tolerate being mucked around and ghosted and having my time wasted. In the time it took them to respond to my message and refund my deposit someone else has completed the entire job to perfection.
